[dropcap1]M[/dropcap1]aysha Lin obtained her MSc in cognitive psychology and statistics/methodology in the Netherlands. She has extensive knowledge and experience in HR Management and Organizational Development and has worked as a project manager, HR consultant and General Manager for multinationals like Dutch Telecom, Microsoft and CRCC Asia in The Netherlands, The UK and China. In 2009, Maysha was selected to be a participant in the highly renowned inter-governmental EU-China Managers Exchange Training Program (METP). Through this program, she not only acquired invaluable knowledge about doing business in China, but also tremendously expanded her network of China professionals.
